Its location in the historical area of "Les Halles de Paris", greatly inspired the Scottish designer Jim Hamilton in his designs.

The Bell brings the spirit of a great neighbourhood pub to the heart of Les Halles, combining the warmth of a proper local with the bold flavours of Indian-inspired drinking food.
The kitchen fuses familiar pub favourites with Indian flavours — beer bites, small plates and dishes for sharing served alongside Parisian artisan beers and great cocktails, creating a place for good food, good drinks and good company.
Our Head Chef, Felipe Da Silva, supported by Jonathan Colin, takes pride in offering you gourmet, local, organic and locally sourced cuisine.
Alongside the kitchen team, our Food and Beverage Director, Stanislas Denet, brings passion and creativity to your dining experience.

OUR GREEN TEAM
Since 2019, our teams have been mobilised to put in place more sustainable and responsible actions in order to address the now crucial environmental challenges we face today.
In 2021, we created our Green Team, composed of representatives from the various hotel departments to oversee our daily sustainable missions.
