Since childhood, cooking has represented for Julien a space of familial learning, conviviality, and warmth.
He draws his inspiration from the Pays de la Loire region, particularly Saumur. Having spent his childhood in this area, developing his sensitivity to the art of taste and flavors alongside his grandfather, it was only natural for him to later join the CFA Médéric in Paris, where he honed his technical mastery and strong creativity. He quickly made a name for himself in prestigious Parisian establishments like the Regina and the Majestic, serving as Executive Chef. He also trained at the Hilton Arc de Triomphe and the Hôtel du Collectionneur.
He has been part of the Jardin Privé team since March 2024 and enjoys working on traditional cuisine, which he will be delighted to share or help you rediscover.
